PERSP IT Services is not responsible for delays, rejections or service interruptions caused by government authorities, banks, payment providers or third-party platforms.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate documents and information. Any delay in providing required documents may affect the project timeline.

7. Acceptance

By using our services or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Exclusive Service Agreement

To ensure the best possible results, clients subscribed to our SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Management, Social Media Management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or related monthly services agree not to engage another agency or freelancer for the same services during the active contract period (3, 6, or 12 months).

If any third party makes changes to the website, SEO, advertising campaigns, social media accounts, or other managed assets during the contract period, PERSP IT Services will not be responsible for any loss in rankings, performance, leads, or campaign results.
